After filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower (swivel) is atomized into tiny droplets of mist, contacting with the hot air and flowing into the finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of drying tower and cyclone separator, and the waste gas is drained by fan.

Performance characteristics

(1) The production process is simple and easy to operate and control. The liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% of special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time.
